- Analyze written medication orders and prescriptions to identify patient identifiers, drug name, strength/concentration, route, frequency, and required dose
- Apply whole-number, decimal, and percent operations, including order of operations, to accurately solve practice dosage calculation problems
- Demonstrate conversion between improper fractions, mixed numbers, and decimals and use these conversions to compute dose and volume amounts in simulated medication scenarios
- Evaluate and convert among metric, apothecary, and household measurement systems using dimensional analysis to calculate equivalent doses and detect potential calculation errors
