This unit explores how simultaneous workflows and the rapid proliferation of templates (‘templosion’) reshape HR work, documentation, and decision-making. Students will learn to design, implement, and evaluate template-driven processes and automation to improve HR efficiency while addressing legal, ethical, and quality concerns.
