Human-Centered AI Workforce Strategy

This unit prepares students to integrate generative AI responsibly into business management and HR practices to boost productivity while protecting inclusion and well-being. Students will learn to design human-centered AI solutions, update HR processes, and create strategic workforce plans that anticipate future skills and culture shifts.

Learning Objectives

• Analyze GenAI’s multifaceted impact on productivity, workflows, job roles, and employee well-being using scenario-based evidence to inform strategic decisions
• Apply responsible and ethical AI principles to develop workplace guidelines and bias-mitigation measures that promote inclusion and psychological safety
• Demonstrate the design of human-centered AI-enabled HR processes (recruiting, training, performance management) that reduce bias and reinforce human-first organizational culture
• Evaluate organizational readiness for AI-driven change and produce a strategic workforce plan with prioritized skill development, HR process changes, and measurable success indicators
