This unit expands learners’ practical skills with cloud-based Microsoft 365 collaboration, productivity, and analytics tools. Students will work with OneDrive, SharePoint, Delve, MyAnalytics, Power Apps, Power BI, Stream, and Outlook features to manage content, analyze data, automate simple processes, and communicate insights.
Learning Objectives
- Analyze a sample dataset and use Power BI and Excel/Power Query features to create meaningful visuals and a data-driven narrative for a target audience
- Apply OneDrive, SharePoint, and Delve features to organize, secure, and share documents while demonstrating appropriate permissions, versioning, and search strategies
- Demonstrate the creation, launching, and basic automation of a simple Power App and describe how Stream, Kaizala, and Outlook integrate to support team communication and workflow
- Evaluate personal productivity and collaboration using MyAnalytics and document library tools, and present findings using presentation best practices and embedded media
