This unit explores the identification, acquisition, and allocation of resources used in human resources management, including human, financial, technological, and informational assets. Students analyze real-world practitioner examples (Meet a Maverick) and apply tools and strategies to manage resources ethically and efficiently in workplace scenarios, preparing them for advanced HR functions in subsequent units.
