Future-Ready Leadership & Insights

This unit develops students’ ability to lead and make strategic decisions in workplaces shaped by AI, data, and rapid change. Students will explore ethical considerations, explainability, foresight tools, and human-centered design to prepare organizations for near- and long-term challenges.

Learning Objectives

• Analyze complex decision scenarios involving AI, data systems, and technical debt to identify ethical, social, and organizational risks and trade-offs
• Evaluate strategies for designing human-aligned workplaces and scalable systems using principles of transparency, explainability, participative leadership, and purposeful visioning
• Apply tools of future visioning — including prediction, forecasting, insights, foresights, and context mapping — to create a strategic plan that balances near-term needs and long-term readiness
• Demonstrate approaches to foster curiosity-driven cultures and responsible innovation that mitigate ethical, societal, and decision debt while enabling meaningful scaling
