This unit addresses practical integration of AI into project management processes, including tool selection, platform-specific applications (e.g., Microsoft Project, Monday.com), automation of schedules/reports/tasks, and methods for measuring ROI and forecasting risk. Learners will also focus on data quality and security, ethical and change-management considerations, and strategies for optimizing team performance and user adoption to prepare for advanced implementation and capstone work.
