Digital SAT Prep Foundations

This unit orients students to the 2025/2026 Digital SAT by introducing test structure, digital interface features, core Reading/Writing and Math content, time-management strategies, full-length practice, and test-day routines. It builds on students’ existing literacy and numeracy skills and prepares them for deeper practice, adaptive strategies, and advanced problem solving in subsequent units.

Learning Objectives

• Analyze the structure, timing, and digital question formats of the 2025/2026 Digital SAT and compare key differences to the ACT to guide targeted study priorities
• Apply time-management and study-planning strategies to develop and implement a personalized SAT preparation schedule that includes daily practice, full-length practice exams, and a pre-exam routine
• Demonstrate reading and writing proficiency by accurately answering evidence-based reading, sentence completion, vocabulary-in-context, and grammar questions using strategies adapted for the digital test format
• Apply foundational quantitative reasoning to solve SAT-style math problems involving simplification, equation setup, basic geometry, and measures of center (mean, median, mode), and demonstrate adherence to academic integrity during practice and testing
