Digital SAT: Math and Test Strategies

This unit focuses on applying SAT question-format knowledge, digital answer entry, and math skills (including trigonometry and graph interpretation) within realistic, timed testing conditions. Students will practice using the Bluebook app, learn registration and accessibility procedures, and rehearse strategies for adverse conditions and collaborative test environments to prepare for the final unit’s full-length digital practice.

Learning Objectives

• analyze SAT question formats (multiple-choice, grid-in/digital entry, and evidence-based reading passages) and select targeted strategies for approaching each format
• apply on-screen tools and the Bluebook app to accurately type and submit answers, manage time, and interpret graph and measurement data
• demonstrate problem-solving skills on SAT-relevant math topics—including trigonometry, graph interpretation, and applied measurement—under timed conditions
• evaluate testing logistics and supports by registering for the SAT, identifying appropriate accommodations, and implementing coping strategies for adverse conditions and collaborative practice scenarios
