This unit orients students to the ACT by teaching test logistics, time- and stress-management strategies, and foundational content review across English, math, reading, science, and writing. Students will practice item-level skills (grammar, sentence structure, basic math, passage reading, and science-data interpretation) and develop a personalized study and test-day plan to prepare for subsequent units that deepen content mastery and timed practice.
