Collaborative Productivity and Automation

This unit develops students’ ability to use Microsoft 365 tools to improve personal productivity, well-being, and inclusive collaboration while connecting experiences across apps. Students will practice meeting facilitation, advanced content creation, file sharing, list-based information management, and introductory workflow and app building to prepare for deeper automation and app development in subsequent units.

Learning Objectives

• Analyze personal work patterns and well-being metrics using MyAnalytics and apply calendar and notification strategies to establish healthy, sustainable work routines
• Apply Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 collaboration features (meetings, breakout rooms, producer roles, and file-sharing options) to design and facilitate inclusive, organized virtual meetings
• Create integrated information solutions by configuring Microsoft Lists and building Power Automate flows to automate routine tasks, route files, and synchronize data across apps
• Demonstrate advanced content and productivity skills by producing professional documents, presentations, and notes using shortcuts and templates, and by developing a basic Power App prototype to support a workplace process
