Leading Strategic Transformation

This unit introduces strategic leadership for navigating the now-next continuum, decision making under uncertainty, and the human-centered use of technology in organizations. Students explore visioning, through-line thinking, ethical trade-offs between action and inaction, and measurable approaches to drive and communicate transformation.
