Advanced Presentation Production

This unit builds on foundational PowerPoint skills to refine, protect, and deliver professional presentations. Students will learn advanced visual techniques (3D models, treemap/sunburst/map charts), use Copilot responsibly for images and content, and apply file management, backup, and troubleshooting practices in preparation for presentation delivery.

Learning Objectives

• Apply slide and section management, navigation, and view controls to organize multi-section presentations, add and rearrange slides, and prepare slide order for delivery
• Demonstrate creation and formatting of advanced visuals—including 3D models, treemap, sunburst, and map charts—and embellish charts and diagrams to enhance clarity and visual appeal
• Apply prompting techniques and prompting etiquette to generate and refine images and content with Copilot, then edit and integrate results responsibly into slides
• Evaluate and implement file management and recovery procedures (saving, backing up, undo/redo, closing, exiting) and employ troubleshooting and help resources to resolve presentation issues prior to display
