This unit explores how rapid technological change shapes organizations, teams, and decisions and teaches students to design human-centered, trustworthy responses. Learners practice foresight, question-framing, empathetic leadership, and ethical frameworks to balance speed, meaning, and societal impact in business contexts.

• Analyze case studies of technological acceleration to identify organizational risks, costs, and opportunities and to trace impacts on outcomes versus outputs
• Apply tools such as the Digital Transformation Canvas 2.0 and question-mining methods to develop a short-term foresight plan that surfaces priority questions and partial answers
• Demonstrate empathetic leadership and team-based decision-making in scenarios that require balancing economic growth, human well-being, and trust-building measures
• Evaluate ethical trade-offs related to surveillance, AI, and automation and propose governance or design interventions that prioritize trustworthy, human-friendly technology
