Goals and Roles Alignment

This unit helps learners translate the roadmap’s purpose into concrete learning and entrepreneurial goals and clarifies the relationships and responsibilities between the learner and key collaborators (including AI tools or mentors). Students will turn high-level aims into measurable objectives and create a simple collaboration agreement to guide their work in subsequent planning and execution units.

Learning Objectives

• Analyze the stated Goal of the Book to identify and list at least three core learning outcomes and entrepreneurial competencies relevant to AI-enabled careers
• Apply goal-setting techniques to convert the book’s high-level aims into at least two SMART personal or business objectives aligned with the pathway
• Demonstrate the ability to map roles and responsibilities between the learner and primary collaborators (e.g., AI tools, mentors, partners) by producing a one-page collaboration chart or agreement
• Evaluate alignment between personal objectives and stakeholder expectations and recommend at least two measurable success metrics or adjustments to improve alignment for future planning
